All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted by a qualified, registered healthcare professional. No prescription will be issued without an appropriate consultation.
Our prescribing team will review your consultation and medical history before approving any treatment. We reserve the right to decline, alter, or discontinue a prescription at any time based on clinical judgement.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with or transferred to another person. Medications dispensed by our pharmacy cannot be returned once dispatched, except where required by law.

Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe location is confirmed.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate on your behalf.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as medicines cannot be resold or reused once released.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or NHS care. We provide supplementary clinical services and encourage you to keep your GP informed of any medications prescribed through our clinic.
Weight loss medications carry potential side effects and risks. Our clinical team will advise you accordingly, but it is your responsibility to read all patient information provided with your medication and to contact us or seek emergency medical help if you experience adverse effects.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
